Top Search Engines

What is Search Engine And What the Top Search Engines Till now ?

The term Search Engine (SE) comes from the fact that these online tools are meant to provide people with information based on their input. A SE can have different forms but they all follow the basic concept of looking at keywords written into web pages and then providing a list of links back to relevant sites. These sites include websites, blogs, videos, images, etc. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process where you improve your ranking on a particular SE. This means you’re increasing your chances of being seen and read by more users.

There are many ways to use SEO, including:

• Keywords - You may already know what keywords you want to rank for, but if not, there are free keyword research tools online. To get started, type in a few words that describe your business, product, service, website, blog, etc. and let the tool do the rest. Be sure to choose an appropriate number of terms to help keep things organized.

• Website Design - Your website design is the first thing visitors notice. If you’ve got a good design, you’ll be able to attract more traffic. There are plenty of free resources online to help you create a beautiful display and make it easy for readers to browse through your site.

• Content Creation & Publishing - Writing content is the heart of any website. When content is written well and optimized properly, it’s much easier for users to find and click on links. Take the time needed to write high quality content.

• Link Building - Links are like bread crumbs; they allow users to navigate around your site easily and efficiently. By creating backlinks, you increase your chances of getting ranked higher on Google and other search engines.

Now Lets See The Top 4 Search Engines Till Now :

Google has been around since 1998 and has become synonymous with internet searches. Google takes your keywords and displays relevant results from web pages that match those words. Google is free but does have paid plans to enhance their service.

 2. Bing

Bing is Microsoft’s version of Google. It was established in 2001 and is now owned by Microsoft. As with Google, Bing will perform internet searches using keywords you provide. Bing is free to use with no ads, however, if you would like to remove the ads they do offer ''ad-free web searches''. This can be done through the browser extensions that some people may already know about, or by paying $25 per year (which includes ad-free web searches).

Yandex is a Russian internet company that provides free web search and other popular services like mail, maps, video, social network, etc.

It was founded in 2001 when Sergey Brin and Dmitry Itskov left Google together. They created their own version of Google Search Engine and named it after the Soviet space program's first artificial satellite (Yuri Gagarin).

After its launch in 2002, Yandex became Russia's largest search engine. In 2005, it overtook rival AltaVista.

In January 2011, Yahoo! Inc. decided to buy out Yandex in $480 million deal - the biggest technology acquisition of all time. Since then, Yandex has been operated under the name of “Alphabet” and now works closely with Google.

 4. Duckduckgo
