What is Google AdSense And How It Works?
Google AdSense is a program that allows Publishers to git pay for making content and published it on the website, uses small text links called “ad units” to place advertisements on your site.
When someone clicks on these ad units, they are taken away from your website and redirected to the advertiser’s website. This means that if someone visits your website and then leaves without clicking on any of the ad units, you won’t get paid!

How does this work?
When someone visits your website, they are shown an advertisement based on their previous browsing history. If they decide to visit an advertiser's website, they may be presented with additional advertisements. they can click on the ad units displayed on your page. These ad units contain code that tells the browser where to send them after they have clicked on the unit. If the visitor doesn’t click on any of the adverts, the code sends them to the advertiser's website instead.
The advertiser pays Google based on how many people visit their website and how long they stay there.
Advertisers pay per thousand impressions (CPM) or per click (CPV). CPM is calculated by dividing the total amount charged by the number of times the ad was shown. CPV is calculated by dividing the amount charged by the number of clicks on the ad.
So you get paid for every person who clicked your website ads. You don’t need to do anything special to display your ads – just add some HTML code to your website.

Ads appear at different times throughout the day, but you don't have to wait until someone has visited your site before showing them ads.
